Terms and conditions apply to all portrait sessions captured by Kelly Jordan Photography.

YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION

I believe that capturing your memories is important for the whole family. In all portrait sessions, I will capture the family as a whole, as well as siblings together and individuals of each child. My priority is ensuring that you have everyone captured in the way you dream of.

HOLDING FEE

At the time of booking a holding fee of $150 will be taken to secure your preferred date. Newborn session are booked with your due date as a guide and is flexible to be moved when baby arrives if required to be earlier or later than expected. Your holding fee includes, your portrait session, planning appointment to prepare for your portrait session, access to client wardrobe, design appointment for reveal of your photographs and decide on your order, $200 credit to spend on your order.

Booking your portrait session is not inclusive of the digital files captured for your portrait session.

NO SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend scheduled portrait session or design appointment without courteous notification of 24 hours will result in forfeiture of holding fee paid and included credit amount. Gift Card/Competition Prizes will be deemed to have been used in full. Kelly Jordan Photography reserves the right to charge full holding fee $150 to reschedule “no show” clients.

LATE POLICY

If you are late to your appointment without proper notification, Kelly Jordan Photography retains the right to cancel scheduled appointment.

DESIGN APPOINTMENT

Your design appointment is either scheduled for in studio or by video call. Client is responsible for ensuring they understand that their holding fee is not inclusive of digital files captured. The design appointment must be held Monday-Friday business hours only. You are expected to make all decisions for your artwork order during your design appointment time.

PRICING

You have received information regarding pricing during your initial call and basic information supplied at first point of contact. At the end of your portrait session you will discuss your design appointment, and be shown products and product guide, with follow up email sent with product guide. It is the responsibility of the client to ask any questions regarding pricing prior to portrait session. Print collections start from $650, wall art collections start from $1499, individual wall canvas or wall framed prints start from $650. Included credit amounts must be used at the time of the design appointment or they are deemed forfeited.

ARTWORK

Kelly Jordan Photography reserves the right to refuse bespoke fine art images to be produced in prints smaller than 16×20″ wall art. Bespoke fine art images may be added as a small print or included in an album design only when the wall art size has been ordered. Clients should discuss their requirements prior to their portrait session for clear understanding.

YOUR ORDER

Orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the product. Kelly Jordan Photography aims to maintain this timeframe, and aims to keep client informed in the case of any delays outside our capabilities.

DIGITAL FILES

Client will be given digital file copies of each ordered printed photograph.  Digital files are edited and ready for you to print your own copy up to 8×12″ print size. Digital files are supplied by online gallery, expiring 90 days after your order is completed and supplied. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they follow the given instructions to download and save their digital files. Kelly Jordan Photography will not be held responsible for securing and storing digital files beyond TWO YEARS from shoot date.

Clients who want to purchase only digital files – Digital files are available to purchase, and are the same price as the PRINT COLLECTION options, starting from basic collection of $650.

Clients who spend $3200 on ONE portrait session in printed products, will receive ALL digital files shown in their design appointment. If client is reviewing more than one portrait session, eg. Maternity and Newborn portrait sessions, they can choose ONE portrait session to receive the collection of digital files from. If client wants both portrait session digital files, they are required to spend $5500 for the total order spend. (secret word – balloon)

PAYMENT

Your order requires payment at the time of your design appointment. There are three payment options available;

100% payment – Order will be placed in production queue the following business day. Digital files will be released to client gallery 2-3 weeks after design appointment date.

50% / 50% – 5o% order total payment received at time of design appointment with order placed in production queue the following business day, balance of order to be paid at the completion of order. Client will be called to advise order ready, and payment required. Digital file gallery will be released when balance payment has been received.

Payment plan – Payment plan options are available and payment terms may be up to a maximum of SIX months with regular installments. Order will go in to production when 50% of order has been received. Digital file gallery will be released at payment of final balance installment, order will be supplied at this time also. Repeated failure to pay, with out correct notification to Kelly Jordan Photography, may result in additional fees. Non-payment over period of 3 months, after order has been produced, may result in storage fee of $100 per month fee.

Payments are accepted by direct deposit to Kelly Jordan Photography bank account, credit card payment from Mastercard, Visa or Amex.

All images created by Kelly Jordan Photography remain the sole property of Kelly Jordan Photography.

Portrait session bookings require paying a holding fee of $50 per portrait session to retain your preferred date, and/or place in our flexible calendar.

VIP OBSTETRICIAN GIFT CARD

  • Your ONE portrait session is complimentary as stated on the card. Portrait session bookings require paying a holding fee of $50 per portrait session and you will have your $50 holding fee refunded at the time of your design appointment. Choose to capture your maternity or newborn portrait session, if you choose to capture both, we retain your $50 holding fee.
  • Newborn sessions are recommended to be booked before the baby is born. Appointments for portrait sessions are strictly limited and portrait sessions must be captured in the time frames below.
  • Maternity sessions  – captured up to 35 weeks pregnant
  • Newborn sessions – captured when the baby is less than 21 days old.
  • Gift card sessions are available Monday-Friday only
  • Portrait session booking is not inclusive of all digital files

HOSPITAL PARTNER GIFT CARD

  • Choose to capture your maternity or newborn portrait session at $50 per portrait session
  • Newborn sessions are recommended to be booked before the baby is born. Appointments for portrait sessions are strictly limited and portrait sessions must be captured in the time frames below.
  • Maternity sessions  – captured up to 35 weeks pregnant
  • Newborn sessions – captured when baby is less than 21 days old.
  • Gift card sessions are available Monday-Friday only
  • Portrait session booking is not inclusive of all digital files

PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD

  • Gift card expiry is as written on the card, and portrait sessions may select a booking date up to 3 months after this expiry date. Card must be redeemed by the expiry date on the card.
  • Gift card total value covers the booking fee of $150 and the included order credit amount.
  • Gift card is not inclusive of digital files
  • A $50 refundable holding fee is taken to secure your appointment and will be refunded at your order design appointment.
  • Gift card credit amount must be used in full at the time of the design appointment or will be forfeited.
  • Gift card is forfeited in full for “no show” bookings

PRIVACY

Client who commissions Kelly Jordan Photography to create imagery, enter a competition/promotion, or utilise a gift card acknowledges and agrees that kelly Jordan Photography may use the provided information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles – www.privacy.gov.au
