Options have been created with all families in mind. You don’t have to choose now. When your gallery is released, take time to select your favourite photographs and find the right package for your family and budget.

Prints and digital files
Individual photographs and digital files
Individual dancer prints start from $20, including the matching digital file.
Group photographs may be purchased individually or in the package options. Group digital files are not available.
Digital files
Beautiful photographs shouldn’t mean that you need to choose between having a professional grade print or the digital copy. Don’t worry, you will have both.
Just want the digital file? Cool, it comes with a gift print. The price is the same with or without the print, but we know that in 20 years’ time the option you’ll love more is the professional print.

Common questions
A little clarity
These are the most common questions asked by families.
How do I order?
Pre-registered parents will receive the notification as soon as the gallery is open for review. Orders are placed within the gallery, and payment can be made securely using the credit card option or directly to our bank account. When paying directly to our bank account, please ensure you record your order number or full name so we can locate your payment – with this method it is your responsibility to check you have entered the correct details. Cash payment can be made directly to Kelly Jordan Photography studio – shop 5, 91 Barkly Street Ararat – call 0418 587 562 to arrange a time.
Can I make a change to my order once it has been placed?
No. All orders are final once payment has been made. As digital copies form part of your order, changes of mind cannot be accommodated. The images are shown in your gallery at high resolution for you to make your order selections. A watermark will appear on your photographs until it has been purchased. I recommend reviewing your photographs on a laptop or desktop computer rather than your phone to make your final selections.
When will the gallery be available?
17th October 2026. Orders may be placed up to 30th January 2027. Please do not share your gallery login with anyone. At request of Rhythm & Motion Dance Studio, please do not reveal or share your photographs with anyone until after the recital.
Is the gallery secure?
Yes, if your password is secure, you are protected. Payments are processed by Stripe in a safe manner, your card details are not saved, and the gallery does not appear on our portfolio.
Do you provide digital files?
Yes. You will receive the digital copy of the printed photographs you have ordered. When your printed photographs are ready, you will be given a code to download your files, and you will also receive a link in your provided email inbox. The link will expire 30th January 2027. You will receive reminders to download your files before this date. Group/Troupe photographs are only available in print, not digital file – please do not ask.
Can I make changes to the package options?
No, the packages are priced fairly for families and reflect the professional photographer’s work.
I can see a watermark on the images; does that stay there?
The watermark is there to protect the photographer’s work and will be removed from the purchased image in both the print and the digital file.
Can everyone see my child’s photographs?
No, the gallery has been created with everyone’s privacy in mind. Each child will be allocated a code that allows us to place siblings in a single gallery for your review. Please note Group photographs will be available to the families of each child appearing in that group.
When will I receive the photographs?
Photographs will be ready for your collection at the recital in November.
