Christmas Mini Session FAQs

What is a Christmas Mini Session?
A Christmas Mini is simply a portrait session of just 15 minutes, with one set thematic style, and location. It’s the perfect alternative to the traditional “Santa photo”, with a curated style. This is a great opportunity to capture just a few photographs, perfect for grandparent gifts! Mini sessions are only held for our Christmas events, with products specific to this small taste of our regular portrait sessions.
Is there a different date?
This is a truly limited, seasonal event, held on our single set date – Saturday 11th November. If it is raining, we will reschedule all sessions to the next available weekend date. As the sessions will take place outside, we will give as much notice as possible, notifying bookings by text message.
Is the session just for kids?
The session is for the whole family! Family means two adults and their children – one household. Christmas Mini Sessions cannot be made up of mixed households/families, for example – a group of cousins cannot be in a sitting together. If you would like to combine households, you will need to book back-to-back sessions for each household. We cannot guarantee availability.

What is included?
Your Christmas Mini Session is $150 gst incl & includes;
15-minute session with our beautifully styled, vintage Christmas theme
Private online gallery to view and select your photographs
Your choice of 3 edited, high-resolution digital files, delivered by immediate download.
Option to purchase additional photographs if you wish.
All selections are final, no refunds or changes will be made for change of mind.
How do I receive my images?
Once you’ve received your private gallery link, you will be able to access and select your photographs. Follow the prompts to finalise your shopping cart, and enter the given discount code for your included digital files. Your select files will be available for immediate download. Ensure you have selected carefully, refunds or changes will not be made once you have completed your order. We can see the use of the download discount code and when the files are downloaded. Custom products will be created and posted out to you – ensure you have placed your correct address in your order.
Can I purchase more images?
Absolutely! Individual files start from $40 each.
What to wear?
Our Christmas mini theme will be styled as you see in the sample photographs shown with the Combi truck. Soft, natural colours will work best for your outfits. Avoid dressing everyone in the same outfit, eg. white tee and jeans – it will appear as a family uniform. Want a splash of colour, do this in your accessories, or bring along a Christmas hat.
Location?
We will give you the exact location of the session once you have booked your appointment.
Mobile Phones on set
We have taken great care and consideration in creating our style. Please keep your mobile phones in your bag. Anyone found to be taking their own unauthorised photographs will have their session canceled and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
