It’s time to capture your story with a photoshoot you’ve been dreaming of. Your purchased legacy collection includes $700 of value for just $49. You select favourite photograph in a ready-to-hang 8×10″ (20x30cm) framed print, and $100 artwork credit — for the cost of takeaway dinner.
If you have chosen to upgrade your collection, you will receive your favourite photograph in a framed 16×20″ print (normally $950) and $200 to spend on additional artwork.
We’ve detailed the most frequently asked questions below. Though you may fall in love with additional photographs, you are under no obligation to puchase additional artwork. We are zero pressure in our studio, and zero surprises or additional costs. Your budget is in your control.

Booking
Your privacy and security is taken very seriously. Our website uses encryption technology to ensure your personal details, including payment information, are securely transmitted. We strictly comply with Australian privacy regulations and never share your information with third parties without your consent
Weekends are especially in demand. If you can’t find your ideal date we suggest you book the best available time then ask about our waitlist.
Once you’ve booked your photoshoot, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your appointment time, location, and a preparation guide. We will also be in touch to ensure you’re ready for the session. If you have any questions, we’re always here to help and available on email or call 0418587562.
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. Simply call us or use the link in your confirmation email to select a new date and time that works better for you.
Your Portrait Experience
You’ll be gently guided through every moment of your session, with a relaxed and encouraging approach that helps you feel completely at ease. My goal is to create a calm, enjoyable space where genuine connection unfolds naturally — so your family’s true personalities and tender moments shine through in every photograph.
We need time for our edit team to prepare your photos ready to view. We then invite you back to view your images in a cinema style viewing experience in the studio, another really fun part of the experience. Or you can choose to view your photos during a Google Meet design appointment, and put your photographs up on your own smart TV.
At Kelly Jordan Photography, we are focused on drawing out your true personality and evoking true connection, love and laughter. We want you to almost feel that warm hug, and hear the giggles decades after the moment has been captured. We take you beyond just the digital files and give you the beauty of nostalgic heirloom albums and priceless moments on your walls.
After booking, you’ll receive our comprehensive guide with detailed recommendations for all family members. We suggest coordinating (not matching) outfits in complementary colors, and avoiding large logos or distracting patterns. You can even take a look through the gowns in our client wardrobe.

Absolutely! Your personal items can tell a unique story. Pets are also welcome - they’re family too! Just let us know in advance when we call you so we can prepare accordingly.
After Your Shoot
Not at all. Your package already includes your favourite image professionally retouched and framed, and includes the digital file so you can create your own copies up to 8x12" prints (20x30cm). While many clients choose to purchase additional digital images or wall art after seeing their amazing photos, there is absolutely no obligation or pressure to buy anything more.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not completely happy with your images, we’ll reshoot your session at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund. We’re committed to creating portraits you’ll love for generations
