Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Your gift card is intended for the portrait session of one family portrait session and the specified credit amount to spend on your order.
- Gift card must be redeemed prior to the expiry date on your card, shoot date may be held up to 3 months later.
- Purchased gift cards hold an expiry date of 3 years from purchase date.
- Only one gift card can be used per portrait session.
- Planning call to personalise the client experience
- For generational sessions that include multiple families, each family may use one gift card—but the credit from each card cannot be combined. Each family will place their own separate order. For example, if three families are photographed, there will be three individual orders. Print and Wall Art Collections must be ordered separately and cannot be shared across the families.
- Portrait sessions may be booked for the Melbourne or Ararat studio, in the client home or on location.
- One design appointment is included for all decision makers to attend – generational sessions using multiple gift cards may each book their own design appointment if they wish.
- Print and Wall Art options that will be enjoyed for your future generations.
- Digital file of each ordered print will be given automatically.
