Digital Files Information
Copyright remains solely in control of Kelly Jordan Photography for all photographs captured. Where Kelly Jordan Photography has been employed, client understands, has signed client contract, accepts responsibility in all cases, for the following terms of the release of the clients digital image files.
Client agrees that;
- Kelly Jordan Photography maintains sole copyright of all photographs captured by Kelly Jordan or staff employed/contracted by Kelly Jordan Photography
- Client is authorised to create and/or print copies of their released digital file images UP TO maximum print size of 8×12″ (20x30cm). Any client found to have ignored copyright authorisation will be invoiced $3000 , regardless of the case where it has been client, guest of client or a third party requested by client to print artwork.
- Client is not authorised to sell, or use photographs in ANY commercial capacity without written consent of Kelly Jordan Photography.
Printing Companies agree;
- it is their responsibility to review the copyright restrictions placed on images created by Kelly Jordan Photography
- failure to adhere to conditions of copyright, may result in your company rightfully invoiced $3000 per image for breaking copyright terms as applied to image metadata.
COPYRIGHT RETAINED BY KELLY JORDAN PHOTOGRAPHY. CLIENT AUTHORISED TO PRODUCE PRINT SIZE MAXIMUM 8X12 INCHES (20X30 CM) ONLY. AS PER SIGNED CLIENT CONTRACT.
