1. Go to Your Business Page

• Log into Facebook and navigate to your business page.

• At the top of your page, find the post creation box that says “What’s on your mind?” or “Create post.”

2. Your Caption

• Copy the full caption provided in your promotion email

• Paste in your new post

3. The Image

• Download and save your provided giveaway image

• Return to Facebook
• Click Photo/Video to upload the provided image content.

4. Tag Kelly Jordan Photography

• Tag Kelly Jordan Photography in the post

5. Review

• Review the post and confirm you have copied the full caption for the post, uploaded the supplied image and tagged Kelly Jordan Photography.

6. Post It

• Click Post to publish immediately, or

• Use the scheduling option to post at a later time. – We recommend scheduling the post so it can be set to go live at the agreed promotion time.
• As soon as it has reached the post time, check it to make sure it is active and then follow the next steps to BOOST your post.

7. Boosting Your Post

• Click the “Boost Post” button directly beneath that post and go to the next screen

8. Adjust The Settings

• Adjust the following settings in your boost

• GOAL – Click CHANGE and select WEBSITE VISITORS. Click SAVE
• AD CREATIVE – The ad text & image will automatically apply, HEADLINE – change to your business name, BUTTON – Select SIGN UP from the dropdown box, WEBSITE URL – COPY from your promotion email and PASTE in this section
• ADDITIONAL CONTACT INFO – Select NONE
• AUDIENCE – Select PEOPLE WHO LIKE YOUR PAGE AND SIMILAR TO THEM

9. Duration

• Select CHOOSE AN END DATE.

  Change the DURATION to 4 days and enter the end date for the last day of the promotion agreed time frame. Change DAILY BUDGET to $37.50 so you can see your TOTAL BUDGET $150.00 on the right hand side of the screen

9. Publish

• Click PUBLISH
